Hello, alongside many great innovations, there is one parameter that has remained unchanged for quite some time. You have been using a 12μm pixel pitch for a considerable period. When do you plan to break this barrier. Thank you.

1. When will the large 1280 x 1024 sensor make it into other products such as Condor, Falcon or even Thunder 2. Will Condor and Falcon receive an image stabilization software as well 3. Would you suggest installing a platform to intercat internationally with hunters around the world to share best practices and experiences with your outstanding products

Any chance Infinite include a motion detection, with a push notification to the connected smartphone. Maybe even with ai to prevent falce triggers. That would be really helpful when hunting predators on a baits.

Question 1. How long will it take for the Thunder 4 to come to market Some users are wondering if it will have a 1280 x 1024 sensor. In my opinion, this sensor makes no sense. If you agree, can you explain why this sensor makes no sense Question 2. Will there be a variable Falcon 2550mm at some point Question 3. Would it be possible to add autofocus to a handheld device or even an attachment

1. Thermal monoculars and scopes have e.g. x4,x8,x16 etc digital magnification, however most images at x4 or greater are terrible. Why do manufactures keep providing these higher magnifications when they are useless in the field.
2. I haven't used any new Hikmicro thermal monocular products, only your Thunder Thermal Scope. Has Hikmicro plans for adding optical zoom to all or high end thermal products to retain image quality and sharpness when zooming in..
3. Warranty service by all thermal manufactures and their agents within Australia is very poor, what can Hikmicro do to stand above the others to improve the time it takes for the processing of warranty claims, especially within Australia. Customers want a quick no nonsense warranty service preferably based within Australia..

As much as I can praise Hikmicro and their products with their technical brilliance. There is one question I would like to ask. Why don't you make your digital spotters and sights in a basic model I.e. without WiFi,video, Bluetooth, recording and other technical additions The reality is, most users don't use or need anything other than a thermal spotter to find targets and a reliable scope to see and aim at their target.

Where does hikmicro see themselves in the next 3 years. Obviously technology moves at an incredible rate, and hik have proven what they are capable of doing in a very short time. Something I would like to see, is a for of gps logging that works alongside the recording facility. It would be great to be able to map where our hunting shots were taken. Keep up the good work and looking forward to what the future brings.

Hi. Are there plans to make a duo scope with both thermal and digital imaging As it is much easier to see, for example, branches with a digital one. Even so, I wonder why not all of your Habrok models have come with 4K in the digital and if there are any plans for that. Another question is how many more models you plan to release with LRF. Since that function is a must according to my opinion and experience. Thanks in advance.
