WFI (Water for Injection, conductivity low to 1.5 uS/cm) plays a crucial role in ensuring product safety and quality, particularly in processes where water comes into direct contact with the flavor ingredients or the final product. WFI is used for various applications, including as a diluent, a cleaning agent for equipment, and in the preparation of solutions used in flavor production. Since WFI is an expensive and energy-intensive resource, and flow meters help monitor its consumption, optimizing its use. Accurate flow measurement can be a regulatory requirement in industries like Fragrance and Biotechnology.

We proposed our FE01 Low Conductivity Series Magnetic Flow Meter with the following configuration:
1. Accuracy: 0.5%
2. Diameter: DN40
3. Electrode Material: 316L
4. Lining Material: FEP
5. Protection Level: IP67
6. Output: 4-20mA , Modbus-485, HART

This flow meter has been installed since May, 2025 without any issue, which is highly recognized by the end user and they signed the Completion Certificate.

Those magnetic flow meters are installed in CIP KITCHEN (PROCESS ). Procedure Clean-in-Place (CIP) cleaning is essential in food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries to maintain hygiene without disassembling equipment. A liquid flow meter for CIP cleaning ensures precise measurement of cleaning fluids, such as water, acids, or caustics, to optimize sanitation cycles and reduce waste.

We proposed our FE01 Low Conductivity Series Magnetic Flow Meter with the following configuration:
1. Accuracy: 0.5%
2. Diameter: DN50
3. Electrode Material: 316L
4. Lining Material: FEP
5. Protection Level: IP67
6. Output: 4-20mA , Modbus-485, HART

Those flow meters have been installed since September, 2025. The flow rate measured is stable and accurate, which is highly recognized by the end users.

The magnetic flow meter is installed in the bleaching process (from bleach feed tank to bleach tower) and monitor the flow rate of pulp mixing fluid (<3% weight ratio, 10 Bar, 20℃, 0~5000 L/min).

6. Remote Mount Transmitter: 10 meters

This flow meter has been installed since June, 2025 and the flow rate measured is stable & accurate, which is highly recognized by the end user.

The wastewater discharge process in the factory involves three tanks. Factory-generated wastewater is collected via two pipes into two separate tanks: one for oil-water mixtures and the other for oil-free wastewater. The oil-water mixture undergoes separation before both streams converge into a third tank for final discharge. Flow monitoring across all three tanks ensures oversight of wastewater composition and final effluent quality.

We proposed our FE00 Standard Series Magnetic Flow Meter with the following configuration:
1. Accuracy: 0.5%
2. Diameter: DN125
3. Electrode Material: 316L
4. Lining Material: PFA
5. Protection Level: IP68
6. Remote Mount Transmitter: 20 meters
7. Output: 4-20mA , Modbus-485, HART

Those flow meters have been installed since June, 2025, running stably without any issue, which is highly recognized by the end user.

The power plant is in a papermaking company to support utility for steam and electricity for the whole factory. Two existing DP transmitters failed inside the power plant. One is to measure the air pressure for control actuator of the main big size valve (0~200 Pa, 30℃) and the other one is to measure the steam pressure via water (0~1 Bar, 40℃ ).

We proposed our PS00 Differential Pressure Transmitter with the following configuration:
1. Accuracy: 0.05% / 0.075%
2. Capsule Diaphragm: 316L
3. Measurement Span: 0~3MPa / 0~6kPa
4. Output: 4-20mA, HART

Those two pressure transmitters have been installed since August, 2025. The pressure measured is stable and accuracy, which is highly recognized by the end user.
